Purpose:

Decorative inner corner and universal moulding SB.NZ for facade SOLID TUHLA is a vertical starting/finishing profile, for the execution of the inner corners of the wall sections, helping to fix the cladding panels correctly and giving the facade a finished look. The profiles match in height, colour and texture the designs of the Solid Brick collection. The internal corner edging is 42 cm high and 12.1x12.1 cm wide/arm. The finishing moulding allows the quick, practical and economical execution of ventilated facades, exterior and interior projects, transforming any building. The finishing vertical edges provide a clean, tidy and neat appearance to the wall corners when installing this durable and attractive cladding. Products should be installed at ambient temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Panels and skirting boards may be cleaned occasionally with a domestic detergent solution at a temperature not exceeding 40°C, without the use of solvents or similar aggressive and corrosive liquids. After washing, rinse with clean water.

Prior to installation, profiles should be seasoned for 2-3 hours at the installation site so that the profile has a chance to equalize temperature with the surrounding area. Adequate expansion clearance, adequate ventilation clearance from the ground (approximately 150 mm from ground level) and at the top edge of the walls (ventilation sills) must be left. A natural feature of plastic material profiles is heat accumulation. Failure to maintain the correct air gap can lead to thermal degradation of the material.
