Purpose:

XPS Underfloor Heating Mesh Vilo is a unique underfloor heating mat design that allows air to circulate constantly. Made for laminate and natural flooring, from XPS extruded polystyrene in the form of panels with a density of 30 to 37 kg/m3. The floor pad has rectangular openings for even distribution of the warm air from the underfloor heating over the entire floor surface. Allowing the natural flooring to breathe. Vilo floor pads are designed to perfectly meet the requirements for interior installation. They are resistant to mechanical loads and moisture and provide optimum sound insulation. All Vilo floor mats are easy to install. If you have chosen underfloor heating, use a low thermal resistance underlay that has been specially designed for such a purpose.

*Assembly:

Before laying the substrate, the cement layer should be insulated with 0.2 mm thick quasi-insulating film.

The substrate must be clean, dry and even.

The underlay should be laid with the rough side underneath, the individual rows should have an offset of 50 cm and the distance between the edges of adjacent underlays should be no more than 2 mm.

The pads shall be fixed in place with adhesive paper tape.

The pads shall be at a 45° angle to the direction in which the floor panels are to be laid.
