Application:

Vilo SPC Stone vinyl flooring complements the Vilo SPC wall panel collection. Both have identical patterns, but the entire flooring collection has a matte finish, with its panels convincingly replicating a stone floor- decors with colors inspired by concrete and marble. SPC Stone vinyl floors are waterproof, making them suitable for bathrooms and kitchens. When used in bathrooms, it is advisable to glue the flooring to the subfloor and grout the edge to the wall to prevent water from penetrating underneath, which can cause mould and unpleasant odours.

Thanks to the use of polymer technology, SPC (Stone Polymer Composite) vinyl flooring with a thickness of 5mm and a wear layer of 0.55mm, has high hardness, durability and strength. The floor panels are characterized by very high abrasion resistance - AC5/33. This class of abrasion resistance is suitable for very heavily used spaces, making SPC Stone vinyl flooring a great choice for high traffic public buildings. Due to these properties, SPC flooring finds application in both domestic and public areas. Thanks to the I4F drop-lock system, SPC Stone vinyl floors can be laid in two ways: Misaligned or Aligned.

Installation:

Installation of SPC Stone flooring is intuitive and easy. The panels are fitted with an I4F drop-lock system that provides an extremely tight bond. Recommended for kitchens and bathrooms - impervious to standing water for up to 24 hours. The bond is very strong and rigid- SPC flooring can be laid without expansion joints at

doors, up to 10 l.m (100 m2). Installation with a drop-lock system is 30% faster compared to click-lock systems.

Recommended floor underlay: If you choose a floating installation, be sure to extend the life of the flooring with a suitable underlay:

Vilo Rigid Master - 1mm polyurethane underlay for LVT and SPC with underfloor heating, with a very high density of 1200 kg/m3, a textile underlayer and a PET film surface layer.
Vilo ALU Multi Force - Polyurethane mat 1.5mm for LVT and SPC with underfloor heating, high density, with textile bottom layer and surface layer of aluminium foil. The best underfloor heating pad.
