Application:

High quality, sturdy metal gun applicator for polyurethane foam Metal Light Plus IRION has a robust design, non-stick Teflon coated needle, with integrated lock button. The sealing mechanism of the PU foam gun has triple protection, easy and precise adjustment. In addition to the brass nozzle that pulls the needle into the gun tube, there is a three-ring system (two polymer and one Teflon) that prevents the polyurethane foam from leaking to the rear of the gun and getting trapped along the tube and polymerizing. The gun adapter works with all standard aerosol threads on the market.

*For proper cleaning of the gun:

Clean the outside of the adapter with detergent and completely remove any residual foam
Carefully screw the aerosol cleaner onto the gun adapter
Pull the trigger until only clean detergent comes out of the gun
Leave the cleaning fluid in the gun for 15-20 minutes
This removes any residual foam in the gun barrel
Release the trigger and allow the residual foaming agent mixture to completely exit the gun barrel
Unscrew the aerosol cleaner from the adapter and cleaning is complete
