Application:

The Ergo X7 IRION special polyurethane foam gun is ideal for use in drywall systems, buildings, fireproof rooms, etc. The sealing mechanism of the gun is triple protected. In addition to the brass nozzle that draws the needle into the gun tube, there is a system of three rings (two polymer and one Teflon) that prevent the polyurethane foam from leaking out the back of the gun, being trapped along the tube and polymerising. The three rings also increase the pressure of the foam just before it leaves the tube, helping it to continue to foam on contact with moisture and air. The gun adapter works with all standard aerosol threads on the market.

*For proper gun cleaning:

Clean the outside of the adapter with detergent and completely remove any residual foam.
Gently screw the aerosol cleaner onto the gun adapter.
Squeeze the trigger until only clean detergent comes out of the gun.
Leave the cleaning fluid in the gun for 15-20 minutes.
This will remove any residual foam in the gun barrel.
Release the trigger and allow the residual foam mixture to completely exit the gun barrel.
Unscrew the aerosol cleaner from the adapter and cleaning is complete.
