Application:

The 115x6x22.23 (A24, type 27 is concave) metal abrasive angle grinder wheel is used for dry grinding of metal surfaces. The F24 abrasive removes rust, burrs, scale and is used for cleaning welds. The disc profile is concave centred and is more optimal for angle grinder work. on all grades of steel. Suitable for paint removal, angle and weld processing, bevel removal, etc. The abrasive material is hard aluminium oxide particles, giving the disc a high grinding capacity. The design of the 6mm thick abrasive disc has a robust and wear resistant structure thanks to a 3-layer fibreglass mesh and Bakelite bonding, which holds the abrasive reliably. The maximum permissible speed is 13300 rpm, ensuring high performance.
