Purpose:

FLIS 40 Scley 2040 is a fiber wallpaper designed to repair, mask cracks, scratches and splits appearing on plasterboard. The structure of the wallpaper protects walls from cracking, working in part as a reinforcing mesh and perfectly masking existing plaster defects. Glass fiber wallpapers are waterproof, easy to clean, resistant to mechanical and chemical damage, disinfectants, lye, acids, etc. Flizeline veils are invaluable for health: the natural raw materials are no breeding ground for microorganisms and mites (hence they are also used in places with the highest hygiene requirements, e.g. hospitals). Wallpaper made of pressed fiberglass helps fight mold and fungi: a wall covered with glass wallpaper "breathes" and does not bind moisture; the woven structure allows water vapor to penetrate freely. Clean walls thoroughly before adhering the fiberglass tape. After adhering the veil, the wall acquires a perfectly smooth surface for painting. Fiberglass wallpaper can be painted repeatedly and due to the low water absorption of this product, low paint consumption is observed.
