Application:

Gross solid professional diamond disc with laser perforation for wet cutting is used as a consumable for angle grinders. The optimal ratio of silver, cobalt and other high-quality components in a metal connection allows the cutting of granite, ceramics, porcelain stoneware, marble, cinder blocks, granite, natural and artificial stone. The wet milling method involves the use of water cooling, which helps reduce overheating and effectively remove dust. The discs are made using hot pressing technology. Thanks to the hard type of the disc, high-quality even cutting is ensured without the risk of cutting. The high concentration and large size of the diamonds 40-50 microns in the cutting layer of the disc increase the cutting speed. Laser perforation improves disc cooling, meaning it can easily withstand heavy use. The 10 mm wide cutting part guarantees consistently high performance. The steel body contains manganese, which improves spring properties and prevents shape distortion during grinding.
