Application:

The NORGIPS plasterboard is designed for use in rooms where the relative humidity is below 70%. It is covered with cardboard and has a sloping long edge and a flat cut short edge. The panels are usually used in internal dry construction systems. They can be used to make walls coverings, ceilings, non-bearing walls, cladding, suspended ceilings and the construction of attic rooms. Edge Norgips S- sloping edge. This edge makes it possible to obtain a smooth surface of the joints obtained by connecting drywall panels. Slight beveling reduces the consumption of a putty solution in the joint. The joints of plasterboard with the S-edge of Norgips require the application of reinforcing strips.

Gypsum board has a long life, a good aesthetic appearance, a perfectly smooth surface, a clean composition that does not endanger human health and the environment. Gypsum does not contain toxic components (consists of calcium, sulfur, oxygen and water) and has an acidic reaction similar to that of human skin. Working with drywall is easy and takes relatively little time.

Plate processing:

A saw for panels, a plate knife or a model knife are used to cut the boards. After cutting the board, the edging is smoothed and a face with a edging is made. This facilitates the plastering of the boards. The cardboard must not be torn off along the cut line under any circumstances.
