Purpose:

BALITURA VIA VELLUTO is a decorative water-dispersed embossed velvet coating with a stylish pearl and matt effect for interior application. Balitura Via Velluto allows the creation of elegant surfaces with a dense texture and a soft pearlescent sheen. The interior paint is available in a catalogue of 8 colours. The paint is factory prepared and tinted, which guarantees consistency of quality and colour. BALITURA VIA VELLUTO is waterborne, harmless and does not contain solvents, volatile organic compounds and chemical ingredients hazardous to health and the environment. The decorative coating also has a protective (impregnating) function.

Rate:

The product has excellent coverage and very short drying times. One litre of paint is sufficient for about 6-8 m2 in two coats, with a drying time of about 6 hours per coat.

Consumption rate: approx. 0.125 - 0.165 l/m²

Priming: BALITURA FONDO (primer included)

Application:

Surface preparation: the substrate must be smooth, dry, degreased and dust-free. The wall is treated with Balitura Fondo primer, which is tinted to the colour of the paint. It is applied with a roller until a uniform colour is achieved.

Application: apply in two coats with a brush, making different movements on the substrate to achieve the desired decorative effect.

The paint is applied by working with short strokes and without much brush pressure. The paint can be diluted up to 5% with water.

The paint takes 6 hours to dry. Balitura via Velluto creates an extremely pleasant pearl-velvet look, suitable for any interior wall.
