Purpose:

Knauf Super Magnum CW100 dry wall profiles are thin-walled are cold-formed from hot-dip galvanised mild steel strip. The profiles have a 3D material microstructure. They are used in the construction of partitions, partition walls, suspended ceilings, etc. They allow the construction of suspended ceilings over corridors up to 5.5m wide without the need for additional suspension elements. Provide significantly greater stability of the structure. The surface of the profiles offers multiple, closely spaced recesses that serve as a natural centre to hold the screw tip while it is driven into the metal. They have perfectly matching punched holes for cable and pipe routing at 40cm increments. The SUPER MAGNUM PLUS CW profile provides up to 8 dB better sound insulation compared to DIN requirement. Features special hardening for specific acoustic conditions, increased rigidity and self-centring screws.
