Purpose:

ART BETON is a dry mix for cement based decorative render with an industrial design look. ART BETON plaster successfully imitates the uneven texture of real concrete as well as the whitish plaque depending on the plaster application and modelling technique used. The decorative plaster is suitable for interior and exterior applications. With its new "non-concrete" colour collections- screaming yellow, bright pink, indigo colour, etc., ART BETON plaster is becoming a hit for industrial design enthusiasts in interior and exterior residential decoration.

Cost: Approximately 1.6 kg dry mix per 1 m² at 1 mm thickness.

*Before application, the surface must be dry, hard and well cleaned of dust, grease stains and unbound particles. For porous substrates and substrates with uneven texture, apply two coats of ProFundis primer, with the second coat applied after the first coat has dried. Stir the package before use. Application to be carried out at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. No other materials may be added. After use, wash tools immediately with water.

PREPARATION: Mix one pack of 25 kg with 5.5 l of water. Pour the correct amount of water for one pack into a deep, smooth-walled container, add the dry mixture in parts and stir with a mechanical stirrer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Allow the mixture to stand for about 10 minutes, then stir again and it is ready for use.

APPLICATION: Apply with an inox trowel or spatula in a single coat 1-2 mm thick.

DECORATION: The surface is textured using various tools until the desired decorative effect is achieved. After drying, an additional tinted ProGLAZES transparent latex is applied and rubbed off using a plastic/rubber squeegee or sponge.
