Application:

Yapi Gypsum ALCHIBAI is a dry modified gypsum mixture for interior use with very good adhesion to various types of flooring and screeds. The adhesive is used for bonding gypsum board to concrete, aerated concrete, brick, gypsum board, gypsum fiber, felt, lining plasters and other masonry materials. The ready-mix is recommended for bonding plasterboard and other types of insulation materials. It is also suitable for bonding gypsum blocks on gypsum substrates. It is economical and very easy to apply. For interior application.

High adhesion strength to vertical substrates
Easy to use gypsum mixture with good workability
Increased strength and elasticity of adhesion on various insulating materials
Rapid build-up of initial curing strength
Extended open working time
Economical and measured consumption

Physical form: White powder
Ingredients: CaSO4+1/2H2O (semi-hydrated gypsum), calcite, retarder, water absorber
Powder/water ratio: 100g gypsum/50g water
Water absorption %: 15-25
Curing time min: 30 min.
Ambient and application surface temperature should be at least 5°C

*Surfaces must be cleaned of dust and oils before application.Do not add water or gypsum during mixing. The working surface should not be smooth , but rough.
