WHY ARE PRICES MISSING FOR SOME OF THE PRODUCTS?

*If you are interested in an item that has a hidden (missing) price in our store, please make an inquiry.

A missing price is not an indication that we do not offer it. The product may be temporarily out of stock, not in permanent stock with us, or priced higher than we think reasonable and we anticipate possible adjustments. We can always offer substitute products with identical performance, some of which are not listed in our store due to the dynamics and conditions of the overall market situation.

ORDER, PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY

ORDER:

You can place a standard order through the webshop, send us a request by E-mail, phone us or visit us.

PAYMENT:

Advance payment by bank transfer, Cash on delivery payment to courier on delivery. Agreed in advance with the customer. All prices are in Bulgarian leva, including VAT 20%.

SHIPPING:

Delivery by courier throughout the country: TO ECONT OFFICE, TO ADDRESS with ECONT, TO CUSTOMER OFFICE or TO CUSTOMER ADDRESS with another courier company chosen by the customer .

For the city of Burgas and the region we also offer options.

The price and method of delivery - to an address or courier office is agreed in advance with the customer. We send the parcels with the option of inspection, if there is no other agreed condition.

Note: All prices, specifications and pictures are subject to change without notice. Discrepancies between the image and the actual item may occur without altering the basic parameters and features.

If you are interested in a particular product that you do not find on the website or is not part of our regular product range, please do not hesitate to contact us to check or request. There is also an answer: " WE GOT IT" :)

WHY NOT ALL PRODUCTS FROM YOUR PHYSICAL STORE ARE IN THE ONLINE STORE ?

We are working on this task by constantly expanding the product range in the online store. In order to save you from time in unnecessary clicks, most of the products are organized in product variations by sizes, lengths, colors, series patterns, etc. If you are unable to find the product you are interested in, use the filters or type in the search box ( the magnifying glass top right) or contact us at the phone and e-mail listed. And you are always " WELCOME " to our store.

I PLACED AN ORDER A FEW DAYS AGO, WHY ISN'T THE SHIPMENT ARRIVED YET?

If you have not received an email notification of your order or we have not contacted you ( if you have left a feedback phone number or placed a QUICK ORDER), it means that you have not been successful and the order is not visible to us. You need to place a new order or contact our team for assistance.

HOW CAN I ORDER?

After "clicking" on the selected PRODUCT, you will be redirected to the product page with a detailed product description.

(1) In the field below the price , SELECT parameter: type, type, color, model, cut, size, length, diameter and other set. In the QUANTITY field, indicate your quantity choice .The next step is:ADD TO QTY.

(2) To finalize the order, you need to click on the (!) SHOPPING CART symbol , where the ORDER window will open .

(3) Here you can review your order, correct it, return to the store to view other items or complete the order by clicking on the ORDER button. You will be redirected to the CUSTOMER DATA form.

(4) CUSTOMER DATA FORM. Fill in the necessary details to complete the order. In case you have registered on our website, most of your data will be available on the form. Make sure it is filled in correctly (check the phone number, delivery address and invoice details if you have requested one and add a comment to the order if you have one. Check the checkboxes activating these features).

(5) Click CONTINUE to review the correctness of the data you have entered and select the method of DELIVERY and PAYMENT (the shipping cost will be automatically calculated according to the rates of Econt Bulgaria). In case you wish the delivery to be made by another courier, please enter it as a remark in the comments field and we will contact you for confirmation. Due to additional delivery options available, mainly in Burgas and the region, we necessarily specify with our customers the delivery method.
