Complaint and return

RETURN AND ADVERTISING

Each customer has the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without stating a reason (Art. 55, para 1 of the Consumer Protection Act), except in the cases described in para. 2 of Art. 55. The order can be returned after the client has previously withdrawn the complaint and return form and notified Bolgarika BS EOOD .

We only accept products that are in good commercial form and are visibly not used, exploited, can be accepted as a new product and there is no receipt. Denied orders are sent back to the address: gr. Burgas 8000, st. Industrial No 4. Pursuant to Art. 55 of the CPA, the consumer must send or hand over the goods (in their full set,at the time of receipt) back to the trader or to a person authorized by him no later than 14 days, from the date, to which the consumer has informed the trader of his decision to withdraw from the contract.

In case of a production defect or problem with the quality of the product, we will replace it, make a discount on the price or return the amount paid (Art. 124 of the Consumer Protection Act).

Bolgarika BS EOOD will reimburse the amount paid for the product (s) within 30 days (Art. 55, para 6 of the Consumer Protection Act), to a bank account given by the client, after making sure that the product is in a marketable form and resale condition.
