Interior (internal) and exterior ( facade) paints - latex and fasagen, acrylic, vinyl acrylic, styrene acrylic and acrylic silicone paints, lining, structural or decorative plasters, deep penetrating, contact or universal primers - offers for every taste.

Water-dispersion paints, known as latex, water-emulsion or water-based paints, are the most common, economical and easy-to-use paints. In the interior, they are mainly used for painting walls and ceilings. Some of them also find wide external application. Their composition does not contain organic solvents, which is why they are ecologically clean and do not pose a threat to the health of people working with them. They are applied with a brush, roller or gun. The coatings they form have high adhesion to practically all substrates. An important indicator when choosing a paint is its color. As a rule, water-dispersion paints are produced in white color. To obtain a desired color or shade (the possibilities are practically unlimited), the compositions are subjected to dyeing. Special toning substances are used for this purpose. When choosing a paint, to ensure that the effect of the painting will be quality and lasting, you must make sure that it will be compatible with the surface you are going to paint.

Paints based on polyvinyl acetate (PVA) have poor water resistance and a relatively narrow area of ​​application. They are mainly used for interior painting of ceilings and walls in dry rooms.

Paints based on acrylic binders (acrylic paints) are the largest group of water-dispersion paints. They are more expensive, but also more versatile – they are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It is no accident that they represent more than 70% of the paints produced in Europe. Acrylic dispersions are easily tinted. On the facade, they last 8-12 years, in some cases up to 30 years, and the oil and alkyd ones – 1.5-3 and 3-5 years, respectively. The binder in this group of paints allows the creation of elastic coatings suitable for heterogeneous surfaces. If applied in two layers, acrylic paints are able to cover cracks up to 1mm wide. This in some cases saves the pretreatment of the surface.

Latex (dispersed phase of synthetic rubber), which gives the paint film a strong water-repellent effect. Acrylic latex paints have a number of qualities that make them preferred in many cases.

Paints based on acrylic copolymers - vinyl acrylic, styrene acrylic and acrylic silicone - are also widely distributed. They have not so good physico-chemical properties, but they are relatively cheaper. At the same time, organosilicon acrylic copolymers have the highest vapor permeability - 2-3 times stronger than paints based on other acrylic copolymers.

Primers must create an intermediate bonding, not insulating layer, which does not impede vapor permeability and air exchange. By absorbing into the base, they make it stronger, while adjusting its absorbency so as to achieve a more efficient, uniform and high-quality coating, with less plaster consumption. Primers are available with a variety of applications – for strengthening old foundations, deep penetrating, for improving adhesion (cohesion), insulating, anti-corrosion and others. Priming is actively used both in facade work and in interior painting, as well as in the protection of various structures and equipment, predetermining the quality of the final coating. For each specific case, an individual decision is needed on which primer composition to choose depending on the surface, the conditions of application and operation, the desired effects and the properties of the finishing coating - paints, enamels, plasters, insulations or other types of coatings. The main advice is to select primers and topcoats on the same base.

Facade decorative or lining plasters can be applied practically on any surface: concrete, bricks, cement compounds, wood and others. They, as well as facade paints, are used as a final coating in the construction of thermal insulation systems for facades. Decorative facade plasters are waterproof, thanks to the water resistance of their constituent elements. When applying them, minor defects of the base are completely erased - microcracks, protrusions, remnants of the old paint. Plasters are easy to use, their distinctive feature is plasticity and "reaction" to the features of each working tool. The use of structural plasters is a popular method for finishing and shaping facades, because it has many advantages in terms of decorative properties, as well as from a purely technological point of view. In practice, structural plasters require minimal substrate preparation compared to alternative facade coatings. Thus, the technology of finishing the facade is simplified, and in many cases the putty is omitted, i.e. several finishing tasks are solved with one operation. Another of their great advantages is that the coating created by the facade plaster has high vapor permeability, mechanical strength and resistance to atmospheric effects.
